MTS claim upto 9.8 Mbps download speed but actual service rarely exceeds 150-200 Kbps during day time. During evening hours speed further deteriorates and it become extremely difficult to open a normal web page. They claim to provide 40 GB data in 999 Rs but that’s only a trap because with this speed user can merely use few(3-4) GBs of data.
I am continuously speaking with MTS customer care for last 1 month, every time they enhance speed(450-500 Kbps) for a day or 2 then speed comes back to 150 to 10 Kbps. I have not seen 9.8 Mbps speed even once.
