I am terribly disappointed with the speed and connectivity in mumbai and especially in the ghatkopar area. I don’t get regular connectivity and my speed averages below 100 kbps most of the time. I have reported to the local mts franchise in Vashi the very next day my connection was activated and several times after that.
Every time there is an assurance that an upgrade of infrastructure is going on and the problem should be resolved in a weeks time. I have also complained to the mts Customer Care Local mts people have contacted once and explained that its a problem with the entire city and it will be resolved in 8-10 days. I regret taking this service when other options like Airtel fixed line with around 2 Mbps actual speed, Mblaze, You Broadband etc with better speed options were available.
