Please do not buy this product.. They have the worst service possible, they say they provide 3.1MBPS and the speed which the device delivers is 150kbps, I was not able to access emails. They promise that the engineer will visit our site but nobody visits the place. At the end of the month they call twice everyday to ask us to pay the bill. This is a company with no self respect and dignity, they don respect the customers they demand us to pay the bill.
Even after writing a complaint to the appellate officer they haven’t even read my mail and they copy paste some format and reply.
When I called the appellate officer some help desk person picks up the phone who doesn’t even know what to do. I have not even used 30% of usage allotted to me because of their poor service and connectivity. I request all of you please do not buy this product.
