They promise 10 GB Rs 999 prepaid with download speed of 100 to 250 Kbps, but the download speed is pathetic and it has been pathetic right from the begining.
The speed fluctuates drastically. A file worth 25 Mb takes 1 hour to download and that too when the speed does not dip to 0 Kbps. Most of the time download speed is 3 to 8 Kbps and it dips to 0 Kbps and the download breaks and then you have to start all over again.
Whats the point of buying 10 GB when you cannot even use 0.5 GB. I made a mistake of buying their MBlaze datacard, now you don’t do it. Hey.MTS management, your employees have’nt failed.you, ve failed. Wake up and justify your salaries.
