This is my personal advice to all of you that if you use Google talk or Remote desktop client throughout the day then donot buy MTS MBlaze modem ever....they have some major faults in their connection. On every few mins both the connection will get disconnected automatically...i had a talk with their customer care, nodal office, appelete authority several times but nothing happened...
I have purchased two devices but all my money has gone into waste (My MBlaze No. is 9143970385, 9143984798). Their marketing team is very efficient to call us for pending recharge but for customer help they do nothing....This is really hopeless company...one thing more...when I purchased both the device I got very good speed (1.2 - 2 mbps) but after one month the speed gone to 100-200 kpbs on an average.
Now I am going to file a complaint in Consumer forum - Dipak (9836374722)
