I purchased a MTS connection last November and the card they gave me was defective. I took it to a MTS service center to get it checked and they told me to get the card replaced. After almost 10 days I got a second hand replacement card (got it in 10 days because I finally wrote to the nodal officer). After that I monthly recharge my card with Rs 1299 for 15GB unlimited pack. To my horror the speed which I receive on the card is 125kbps sometimes 1kbps. I contacted customer care and they refused to listen to me saying that there is no problem with the server and I used the allotted GBs. How can someone use 15GB with 1kbps speed within 5 days without downloading anything.
Now the Nodal officer also do not respond to the emails, forget about calls. this is not a one time incident, this happens every month. Finally got a fixed line broadband connection. Hope MTS goes to hell and business shuts down........
