MY worst experience..NEVER buy it!!!!

Guys I bought Mts mblaze datacard wifi in last march and guys my experience has been really bad. It costed around 1k along with the mts datacard in the NCR circle. The plan I took was of 600 per month. Firstly they take a lot of time in starting your service(3-4 days in my case) only after at least two guys verify you. This was a big headche. The plan I was using was a 5gb-day 5gb-night at 600 which they later changed to just 3gb-day 3gb-night at the same price. The speeds I got in my laptop was only around 300-400 kbps( They advertise at 7mbps) in my house when I used it as a datacard. The experience was even bad when I used it as a wifi modem.I had to repeatedly call the customer support and only then they would do something about the speed and after a few days it was back to normal. Some other problems I faced:




  1. As I told the speed was a major issue I paid for 7mbps and all I was getting was less than 500 kbps




  2. The mblaze ultra wifi only catches speed at night. At night I used to get some good speeds like 1mbps but again who would wait everyday till 3am to use the internet




  3. The wifi range is also not good even though it promises 20 meters inside the house my phone could not catch the signal properly over 8-10 meters even though there was no walls in between.




  4. The modem is also not good. I used it in my samsng original adapter that I got with my phone, even then it would not work properly after every 3-4 minutes it got disconnected and was really hectic to connect the wifi back on.




  5. The connection is not at all RELIABLE. You just cannot get speeds at all the times. It happened once or twice every week when I just could not access the internet. I had to call the customer support.




  6. Another problem is the BILL PAYMENT. Back then I did not do much online bill payment so I used to go at the shop to pay the bill. This shop was the only shop around and when it got closed I had to search for a new mts shop which was really a big problem. Many times when I got to the shop to pay my bill they refused by saying they donot have connectivity. The shop was 3-4 km from my house so that was another problem.






7.The customer support is not at all good. All the people at the customer support were really not helpful it seemed as if they did not want to help anyone. Even when I wanted to disconnect my connection I had to call them 10-12 times whenever I used to tell them please disconnect it they just would not respond or the voice got cut. SO GUYS PLEASE DON’T BUY THIS DEVICE THEY ARE REALLY BAD
