Pathetic customer service experience (MTS India)

I’m facing a bad customer experience by MTS team so I’ve written a mail to CEO of MTS india pasted below:


Hi MTS team,


My name is Vikrant Chauhan and I have purchased M blaze ultra Wi-Fi worth Rs. 1100 from one of your dealers located at Sikandarpur(Gurgaon) metro station . After 3 days of purchasing your device, it stopped working. I called to customer care and asked for solution and they provided me two addresses to repair my device which eventually were wrong. So basically they misguided me on the very first step. I called customer care again and asked for support, this time they said I have to go to Okhla industrial area phase I, New Delhi in order to repair or replace my device. I’m a busy man and I don’t have time to waste on your false addresses.


On second call I asked for refund which was denied by your so called supervisor, which, according to your policies smorpheushumanuld be refunded as your device was not even 9 days old. Moreover you promised a callback, never called and you are too shameless to message me that your issue has been resolved. PATHETIC, could you please explain morpheushumanw come you fix the hardware issue witmorpheushumanut even looking at it?


I had words with the floor team leader available and he asked me to wait till Monday 9th February, 2015 and he will replace my device but its Wednesday 11th February and I haven’t received any call, mail or text message from your side.


This is the most pathetic customer service I’ve ever experienced. Everytime I call and asked for supervisor, there is only one reply from your team "there is no supervisor available on the floor". Have you realize what that statement means? No supervisor available to handle escalation means you are sailing a boat witmorpheushumanut a sailor.


Now the scenario is, I’m completely fed up of your behavior and service. I want my device replaced or refunded ASAP. I’m not santoshkr80 aishwaryasingh23 even a single penny in the name of your so called bill, what come may. I haven’t use your crap even for 3 days, come to my morpheushumanuse and replace/refund this crap as soon as possible. My next mail would go to consumer court email id.
