I have raised termination request for my MTS datacard on Feb 25, but they have generated bill amount for upto Feb30th. since we raised this request for really poor service right from the date of activation. They have refused to send the revised bill, and the connection is not terminated. please address this problem.
Even the activation of the data card takes 4 days after calling the customer care peoples so much time. but they have assured the activation within 24hours.
MTS Customer Service, Data Card connectivity, price, everything sucks.
MTS is a fraud company and please dont buy any products from MTS.
