When we make cancel request. they dont disconnect ur connection. they will make 10 days to disconnect. u have to pay for that days. u use it or not. It doesn’t matter.if u don’t wish to pay the money for the days which they didn’t disconnect the connection. they have local rowdy team to call and ask about that money in very worst manner.
Even girls from those team speak very vulgar words. I never seen such a customer support in my life. they will never listen u. they just use bad words to get that money back and they will threaten u that they gonna compliant case for their money.
