MTS is totally deceptive sale as for as speed is concerned. They claim speeds up to 9.8 Mbps. I was getting only around 1 Mbps in Trichy, Chennai, Thanjavur. I called the Customer service on this issue. After 2 days, they said that they took traces and analyzed.
After analysis, they said that I will get only that speed in that tower, even if I have 5-bars signal. I asked them to tell any tower where I can get 9.8 Mbps in Trichy area. They said that they do not know. I went to the retailer on this issue. At that time, He was trying to cheat another Customer with same kind of 9.8 Mbps story. I warned that Customer on that deceptive speed marketing.
Immediately, he gave me the Money I paid and asked to get out of his store and took the Card back! Worst experience ever.
