Hi, **I had been using MTS data card for 6 years**. Earlier I user prepaid connection, later I switched to postpaid. The services was satisfactory initially. But recently they have been committing frauds. I raised several complaints regarding speed, but each time they would close it with a comment "Called customer but did not pick up.". I also wrote to customercare@mtsindia.in and they replied very courteously and assured that the problem would be resolved.
Representatives of customercare@mtsindia.in are experts in writing good emails and they are good at nothing else. My problem was not resolved despite writing to them several times. Each time I get to here a very courteous reply, thats all. **Not a single time did the technical team called me despite raising several complaints . However they will not forget to call you in case there is a delay in bill aishwaryasingh23ment.** They will call you everyday and remind you of the bill aishwaryasingh23ment. Finally I decided to leave MTS.
