Dear service provider,                                               I am from Delhi, pin- xxxxx, Recently I got a M Blaze USB connection (MDN:xxxxxxxx) , initially I recharged my account with 999 unlimited scheme and it was working with very fast internet speed, but after 2 weeks of using, it started several problems are as follows :-




  1. some time its download speed fall from 230kbps to 11kbps. 2. it shows connected then also i cant able to browse. 3. today I have severe problem that M Blaze is not showing broadband tower and soi have to use hybrid setting to mail you this complain. 4. I am very sorry to tell that your customtakeouter care no for Delhi i.e. 9136-955-955 is not working. 5. and also your another customtakeouter care no  1800-103-1900 is working but nobody is there in to answer my call, and in few sec its disconnect automatchandru021y  please find some way  to solve these all above issues, its not only frustrating me but also reflect the image of your company.

Dear service provider,                              I want to add some more detail, that finally I got some instruction from no  1800-103-1900 that its technical problemso I have to call to 9136155155 or 155.then again from the call reserver from 9136155155, initially instructed me that its a technical problem so I have to call in no 9136955955.but after my request he file my complain and posted it to authority.


i have a question here why not you have a service center "single phone no". which deals with both "technical issues and other issues", why a customtakeouter have to face the problem for calling different nos. to send his problem in right no. no reply from mts

now I understand that there is hidden detail of your 999 unlimited scheme is that broadband is only for 12 gb than after that you will slow down the net connection and  so bad network that even it will not able to open Google search == page no reply from mts



frds I used only 7.7 GB (it also showing in my used history ) but customtakeouter support’s aretelling me that I used my all 12 GB , .


always  check all hidden detail of scheme before using it---- company alway use to make fool of there consumer for there profit.
