I am forced to edit and re-write my last review about MTS Mblaze. Its been 2 years since I am using it, but it seems their service quality has gone down like anything. They claim upto 3 MBPS speed, what I get less than 200 KBPS in peak hours and 500 KBPS in non peak hours. Even the pages takes too long to load and many times doesn’t load only! Complained several times, but they don’t even bother to call and enquire about the matter. The ticket is closed without any action. When you en-quire back they tell " we tried to contact you but you didnt respond". Its a blunt lie as the can never give the call details or the time when these calls were made. It happened to me twice, and when I escalated to the nodal officer, no response again! What the F@#$ are they doing? They are least bothered about their service and they are just busy increasing their customtakeouter base without doing anything about he load factor and increasing their bandwidth. Never go for MTS Mblaze, pay a little more but get a much better service by using TATA Photon or Reliance.
