We have all big ppl like airtel, bsnl, DoCoMo but thought of trying mts for the first time, got a very bad experience with customer care.
They treat genuine ppl like terrorist for verification purpose which is so annoying. what will bachelors who work from other states or cities will do. we don’t have such problems with other networks.
Frankly speaking, MTS is worst. Dear friends don’t try mts and face difficulties like me.
