Took a new connection in Sector 12-A, Gurgaon area.
I was promised by MTS that I will get minimum of 4 MBPS download speed and max of 7 MBPS speed at the time of selling the MTS data card to me. However I got only 0.2 MBPS of speed in the evening & 0.5 MBPS in the day time after they activated the connection. Soon after when I asked for the refund of the data card amount and proceed to deactivate the connection then MTS mentioned I am getting a DECENT speed and they cant proceed for the refund. Simply they cheated me & deferred from their promise they made at the time of selling the data card. Their behavior was rude on phone when I said I want to surrender my connection.
The reason stated by MTS to me was my area is a high consumption area and they cant provide the speed more than 0.2 MBPS which was ridicules. I am sure they must be telling the same stories to all of their customers.
I did a great mistake by choosing MTS and asked to deactivate my connection in just 10 days of service.
Very bad customer experience.
