Your back end team tricked me.
I was using MTS for last 2 years.
Since I was going for an Onsite job I requested them to disconnect my connection 24th April.
And your back end team called after two days and told me they will disconnect my connection after 7 days and also said I can move to prepaid with in this 7
days otherwise the connection will be disconnected.
And now 7 days are over and I got a bill 290 rs.
This is insane and big trap you have done and now I am forced to pay the amount.
And they are not disclosing with whom I talked and the recordings.
I was a loyal customer and this is what you paid me back. Please disconnect my connection and dissolve the last bill.
