My name is Neeraj and I am long time user of MTS broad brand since the company launched this device first time. Three days ago I received the msg from there end stating, your plan got changed from 40 GB to 30 GB and it is a Rs 999 plan.
I got thunderstruck, being a long time user instead of upgrading the pan they have downgraded it and now giving the bogus responses by saying it has been done as per the company policies. However, while purchasing this plan I did confirm from there representatives as well as from the MTS office that your plan will never get changed and you surely not face any inconvenience.
All my homey’s, the result is in front of you. It is a frond company, they are scammers, minting money in other words it is a "LALA" company.
Request all the MTS users not to purchase any plan from MTS providers. I am not the only victim many of my homey’s got defraud.
Choice is yours.
