I am not rating one only its a mandatory field I am doing so.
There was was an additional and unwanted charged twice billed one year back and upon many follow up with the customer care one charge was reversed and I am following up for other one charge till now no response. When I decided to close thus account seven months back a executive ms Gajalakshmi have convinced me that these charges were inadvertently billed and promised me that this reverse besides many follow up thus still not resolved now after few months they say these charges were outstanding inpiste.
Please dont believe nodals of mts they are totally waste and dobt waste your time if you go for mts you will have to pay extra amount for their mistakes.
I am closing this for their worst customer service
