I am from Hyderabad I had a very bitter experience with MTS sales executive and MTS employes they do a commitment and dont adhere to the same, MTS executive MR.shankar cheated me by taking Rs 500 for connection and told that this will be recovered in next bill.
All of sudden I got next month bill when I tried to contact his I didn’t picked my call and also there no response from the Hyderabad regional nodal officer even after repeated mails It is not worth taking MTS connection this one of the worst company I have sen ever.i strongly suggest not to go with MTS.
