I bought MTS Blaze dongle -pre paid for 1400 rs. The shop person of only showroom in T nagar said, it costs 1200, later he took 200 more.
He took complete details, said within 1 day MTS will be activated. After 36hours, it did not work. After 2 days I got message that if I want the service to be activated, I need to call their customer service. After calling them, spending usual 5 minutes to get connected( options and marketing message), he asked me 15 questions for authorisation.
Then he said service will get activated in 4 hours. Then, service got activated.The maximu speed I got in 4 days is 300 KBPS, not even 1 MBPS. Then, again within 1 day, I got a message that I need to verify my phone and email address, otherwise service will be disconnected. Again I did. Worst.MTS.
