I bought it 4 months ago for an amount of Rs 2000 which included the price of dongle and 2 months subscription and the ISP provider gauranteed me 2 mbps speed atleast.
And I didn’t even crossed .5 mbps even once. This network is the worst you can try and when I called the helpline first I had to wait for 2 days to get back to me then when they got, there answer was and I quote, sorry sir, we can do nothing abiut it its network problem that’s it and they hung up. I tried again and again to get back at them but they just did not listend. Finally I got fred up and decided to return it.
And you qon’t believe they told me they will take it back but I have to return the modem as well I said ok as I thought they would be returning my dongle money that I paid but they said they would be taking money and dongle as well.
