I am using MTS Rs899(12gb unlimited) plan and it is really pathetic. I feel like trapped coz I have paid them 3 monts advance.
Every month they are throtlling my speed even before I consume the 12 gb limit. Last month they reduced my speed after 8 gb use and when I contacted costomer care, a lady on ohter side told me that their system is showing that I have used 12 gb. I had a long argument with her but nothing came fruitful. I though let’s see for the next month. This month I didn’t use my internet connection much(facebook, email and some videos on youtube).
My systes shows that I have used 2 Gb this month but again MTS goons have throttled my speed way before 12 gb. Totally irritated by this kind of cheating I again contacted customer care and they are telling that their system is showing that I have used 14 gb this month and hence the speed is throttled. This is a day-light robbery by MTS company. Either their system has a serious flaw or they have deliberately made it like this to cheat their customers.
Guys beware of this looter company. I am trapped and waiting for 3 months to complete and I will surely throw it in a dustbin. Regreting my decision to take MTS Mblaze service.
