I am in Bangalore city. I have using the MTS MBlaze dongle for the past 14 months. The connectivity is poor and the service in terms of problem solving is poorer!
It takes eons together to get a live person to interact and get the problem solved. In the chat session, the person is always too quick to type that he/she is not getting response from me and hence closes the chat!
I’m quite fast in keying in, but they don’t want to wait till I make a sentence! So, I type 2-3 words, press enter, key in 2-3 words again, press enter and go on like this, to show that I’m in contact with him!
