I am writing this review to save your hard earned money from a company who makes false promises and never backs it up with service.
They will promise you upto 8 mbps. Forget 8 mbps. You are lucky if you 300kbps.
Why people would take their 40 gb plan. To download big files, multimedia files, watch videos etc. right? Well you CANNOT do any of these with this 3rd grade service.
I have lodged 20+ complaints in 3 months. Always they give me a patented answer that, "All is fine, check your browser cache, clean temporary files" etc. I doubt if the customer care really knows what they are talking about , probably outsourced to some call center in delhi.I am ditching MTS this week and going for local cablewallah.
Attached below is a snapshot of "BLAZING SPEED!" of MTS for tonight. I am taking more screenshots and might use them to lodge a complaint with consumer court. It is high time these private providers are taught a lesson that they cannot cheat the public and go scratch free
