Forget those good-quality advertisements you saw on television. MTS is one of those companies who have their consumer department on the sleeping couch. After when I realised they have the worst dongle with no speed & good connectivity, I decided to cancel the connection which they did after 8 months after calling them 1000 times.(would you like to do that?), and still they would send you annoying messages & call you a million times saying that you have your bill due.(wtf).
Is their IT dept on a holiday? that they dont know the list of consumers who have disconnected the dongle? For the customer who is reading my review & not believing it.you may buy it & see the after-results yourself. I bet youll have the best consumer experience of your life.(Slap to the company).
