My Dear Friends, I am one of the Person who was lost his money due to buy MTS mblaze 999 plan of 40 GB data.
The dongle(9252185356) become activated within Single day and starting few days I got the speed of 1.2 mbps but after some days the speed falls to .30 Mbps after complaint to customer care the executive call me after two days and ask my location is under low coverage area so we can’t fix the issue under a limited time frame. And now daily the speed of my connection reduced and makes a new record.
I am going to write a letter to TRAI(Telecom regulatory authority of India) about this company fraud policy. I know nothing will happen but at least my voice reached to the govt. officials. The test result you can see in attached snap 0.09 mbps downloading speed.
