Poor customer service

I bought MTS dongle(postpaid- 9150217199) on 18th Aug 2014, even after 5 days the activation is not done.


I contacted customer service(2 times) and the poor response that I received from them is to contact the dealer from whom I bought.


I submitted all my documents as required for activation on the same day.When I decided to buy this dongle, I called MTS toll free number and based on that a executive contacted me and sold the dongle for Rs 1400.


Really not sure, do they expect the customer to beg and trace the dealer for activation?
