Here is my very bad experience with MTS Service. I purchased a Dongle after repeated calls by sales guys during my office hours, assuming if I take it would an alternative for my existing Vodafone dongle with 3G+ speed as they call it.
I did not get speed of 300KB although 6 MBPS was promised me by customer care executive and also a local sales team by a third party vendor called amber groups in EC bangalore.
Here starts the pain-> I made 17 calls in one month(before the bill comes) and logged three complaints stating no good connection and not even 1 MBPS. But no use.
Later I asked them to close the connection. Now being followed up for a months bill of 1000/- for a usage of 100 MB.
Pathetic service I faced in my while life.
I strongly recommend don’t buy.
