MTS is very good on giving catchy ads everywhere starting from TV to Social Media to hoardings and even coming to the Offices and giving campaigns where they promise to give the fastest and one of the cheapest connections in the town.
But these looks so good until you take the connection and start using it. Well I wont say that MTS is bad or worse as it really gives the speed BUT within the city limit. Once you are out of the city and within Bangalore if you are towards sub urbs it is really pathetic.The connection which promises for a 3+ G speed wi; come down to 1G. Most of the weekend I tend to travel or spend my time with my relatives and friends who stays lil out of city. And that is the time it is really horrible
Next the worst part of MTS is the customer care. They are so lazy to pick your calls and once they do they will not respond you properly. Many a times I have struggled to talk because they dont have anyone in to talk in English and I have to explain them in Kannada which I am not fluent.
Overall experience is not at all good. Specially with customer service and the connectivity
