I am living in marathahalli bangalore.I took mblaze connection in the month of june 2011 and I was very happy for a week.The speed was really good. Initially I got 5 GB of free data use and I was getting speed above 100 KBPS.After that I recharged with 999 unlimited plan and actual story starts from here after 1 or 2 days I realized that speed of my Internet got reduced and I was getting speed of 10-15 KBPS.I complained about the speed to customer care.
Next day a technical person came to my house and checked the speed.After that he reviled one secret he told never recharge with unlimited plan.Company provide less speed in unlimited as compare to limited plan.He suggested me to use limited plan but my usages are very high and I can’t afford limited plan because that is expensive. But I came to know how mbalze is making fool to us.I will never suggest for those who are bandwidth hungry.and wants to download movies or watch youtube.
