Worst Service Ever!

I bought the device for 999 rs, it is wifi modem (upto 9.8 mbps support). I asked the dealer how much speed will I get, he said 5 mbps, which I thought it was a good scheme for 999(without tax) /month. I believed it because the way dealer said.


I took it home, plugged in the device, it had connection issues and it was a wifi modem so I connected via wifi interface, which it gave only 1 mbps. I went to the dealer and I’m trying to say the issue, but he was not listening to me properly (he would just use his phone and plays with its menu when I’m speaking) .


I called the customer service, which was the worst service is the world, they don’t have proper logs of your complaints. You will have to say your issue each time you call the customer care. They don’t call back the same day to solve the issue.


They don’t have a proper technical support. Those stupids wanted me to re-install my OS. I have a original windows 8 OS and updated Antivirus. Other data cards worked properly (photon+).


Now they are forcing me to pay 1892 rs for this void service with a advocate notice. I’m not going to pay for this stupid service. I can get 1mbps for just 300 rs. This made me think MTS is a fraud company. Please just don’t buy and waste your money.


Now I use Airtel broadband I get more than 8 mbps and 40GB high speed data for 1300 (including tax).
