I have registered two service requests to cancel my connection in the month of Jan 2015, SR # 4573021, 4745488. I have also spoken to your customer support multiple times to cancel the connection and still I do not get any proper response. I never expected a company like MTS to work this way and they dont care for the customers. Please make sure this connection is cancelled and give a complete waiver of my bills, failing which I shall take legal action against your company. I do not want any bills in my name for a connection which is never used by me.

I have asked them to disconnect my service in the month of Jan 2015, but I have received a legal notice for non payment of the bills which I have not used.Their customer service is the worst in the world they dont have any answer for any issues. Please for GOD Sake DONT ever go for MTS!
