Please dont buy MTS 40Gb for 999 plan.
I bought this plan of MTS dongle. These MTS people promised for 40Gb download plan.But after 20 GB, the download speed reduces to 20Kb for torrents. Not only that, I usually download Mentalist, How I met your mother, Games of thrones TV Series from Putlocker. Now they have put 20Kb download speed. Now I am unable to download. If you start downloading files from the same websites, the speed of that website will be capped to 20Kb
Dongle cost was 1600/-
Monthly rental= 1100/-
They will cheat you.
