First of all, never buy MTS Mblaze dongles from connectindia or any other agents.
Second, if any advertisements are given anywhere, just take a photo of it and then buy the connection at your own risk. I got it after seeing an ad in Bangalore saying free dongle for 899 unlimited 2G as an end of year offer.
I got it through an agent named Murali in bangalore on 27th December 2011. That person took Rs 900 and said the dongle is free and he charged it so that the next months bill will be added in this Rs 900. When we asked for reciept he said he forgot and mail us the reciept. So 1st thing, always get reciept of what you buy and from whom to buy with stamps.
Now the problem started. Even the agent told there won’t be billing cycle for the last five days of December but still got Rs 132 bill for 5 days only. Ok I paid. For january, 899+ tax bill came and we paid. February 1798+ tax bill came. This time I didn’t pay and told the idiotic customer care to change my bill. They replied pay what is given in bill. Arrogant Bds.
By Feb the speed was at its worst. Remember the cancellation of 22 2G licences of Systema Shyam Telecom in Feb. I suffered this till April 5th when they disconnected my connection due to exceeding credit limit. I called the service guys and they blamed my room is closed and so the speed is slow. Another idiotic reply. Speedtest shows very low spped of 1kbps to 10kbps.
I had the proofs against them and I told them to close the connection in April. By end of april a bill of 3K bombed me. I didn’t pay. Few collection agents came to my room. Now, when I tried to contact Mr Murali, that Jack A** didn’t even took my call. Idiot was satisfied with the money I gave.
Now no communications came through MTS till August when an idiot claiming himself as Advocate told me I have legal notice. I had to pay the 3K without using the net. These people cheats people. Lastly I found there was another bill in my name too. I request please don’t go for this Mblaze. It will blaze you off your money and you will feel the pain for long time.
I tried to go against these people in consumer court. But the proofs I have were misplaced. These cheats are too clever to call and disturb your sleep after an year of disconnection. Then you will be forced to pay as you won’t have the proofs against them.
Please I request you not to go for this. Providing with few links where online many people tried to file a case but these crooks are some how still thriving.
