Nobody there to pic your phone at tech suport

It’s been around a 3 weeks that I have been using this connection. the speed is really good... I can watch videos online without buffering. while browsing videos / live tv, normally I get speeds of about 1mbps. But the problem is that the connection is not reliable... I keep losing the connection off and on. one moment I am getting good speed, and the very next moment the connection goes into ’sleep mode’ showing no activity.


I keep getting a message on the internet explorer to "diagnose connection problems". I have to keep on refreshing to load my page. the worst thing is it happened to me while making a payment. I entered bank password, payment details and as I hit enter the same ’diagnose connection problems’ appears. (luckily the payment was not made from the bank)


I understand that every product can encounter problems. at those times the customer goes to the customer support. I went too, and they game me a different ’tech support number’ (9136955955). this is the biggest problem with mts. NOBODY IS THERE AT THE TECH SUPPORT, 8-10mins wait is normal for you to get connected to a tech support member. today I called this tech support and nobody was there for good 11:08 mins, and worse, my call was automatically hung up before I could talk to anybody.


I would suggest CALL THEIR TECH SUPPORT NO YOURSELF BEFORE BUYIN (after buying you will need
