The worst broadband connection I ever used.

Beware. They really suck. OK I am telling my story.

  1. The worst ever broadband connection I ever use. They promise 3.1 Mbps. But my question is am I really getting this speed. I tried it multiple location in Karnataka and also from other cities in India. All over the story is same. OK, I will not deny that I have never seen the speed in their speedometer. But its rare. And also the connection breaks every now and then.

  2. False promises I took MTS around 5-6 months back. That time they promises to give me Trend micro antivirus. But till date I am waiting for that. Now I am sure I will not get it. Now the last month offer was, recharge with 999 and get a Reebok watch free. But where is that? I talked with customer care and the obvious reply is somebody will contact me .... when sir?

  3. Worst customer care.Try to talk with them. You will definitely receive a future answer which will never solve.

  4. Recharge issue You recharge today. your balance will be credited from tomorrow, but the date count will start from today only. So virtually you are loosing a day from your account and also are without internet for a day (for verification use this transaction id: 11298554), though you have paid for that.

Also they claim that the MBlaze device supports both broadband and CDMA 1x speed. Even when as per fair usage policy when you reached the data limit, your connection converted to CDMA 1x and you start getting around 144kbps speed. Then why cant I recharge my account with MBrowse which is a CDMA compatible connection. When you recharge from internet with CDMA 1x, they will not say anything though they will take your connection number. After you paid the money you will get to know that this will not work for your connection. Talk to customer care, You will see how rude they are in this case. My question is if you are taking my 10 digit number which is unique and represent a MBlaze device/connection, then block the transaction immediately when I select Mbrowse. why are u taking the money? this is cheating.

Please beware of MTS tricks.
