It is cheap and there is a good reason for it. You should only go for MTS if you dont care about the quality of service. I ended up buying their dongle without doing proper research and it is totally useless now.
Speed is nowhere close to what they promise(anyways they say max.9.2 mbps so min.could be and is 0 so technically you can’t blame them-can you?), the customer service folks are totally clueless and don’t give a dime a about customer care. I am going back to Airtel. Pay a bit more and get a decent service. Atleast you’d have some peace of mind.
I fell into the cheap trap and I paid more than if I would have purchased a proper service from the start.
