Kindly do not buy MTS mblaze dongle and get yourself in the trapped.The company promises high speed internet service but it is the most pathetic service in India.
I bought a dongle and got it activated on 22 June and in 3 days I got a message saying that the limit has exceeded my plan which was 5GB unlimited plan hence after complaining they excused themselves saying that it will be on pro-rata basis hence it will resume from 1st of the next month.
I tried using the internet and still it gives a speed of 35-50 kbps only and not 2 mbps as they promised while selling the product.
This happened twice and this time I’ll make it a point to reach all the prospects and warn them not to buy MTS MBLAZE. I am being charged unreasonably and will definitely go to consumer forum this time. I have complained again on 11th July still no reply.
