I purchase a MTS Mblaze on 30th April 2012. The number of my data card is 9143729198. The scheme which I was given was that they took Rs. 1545 and gave me the dongle and 15GB usage which was valid for 3 months.
MY data card is not working since 9th June 2012.
When I took the card, they did not activate it 3 weeks. They said the ID given by me was not ok. But when they sold me the card then they did not say that they need other ID. I launched compliant atleast 10 times. Then after 3 weeks they activated the card without asking any other ID. So after 3 weeks they thought that the initial ID was ok but for 3 weeks they kept me hanging saying the ID was not OK.
Then it was working till 8th June 2012. On 9th June, the dongle stopped working. My Account balance was showing to be Rs. 0. I called up the complaint number. They made me wait for 20 minutes and checked all my usage and added it and told me that the total usage was only 9.31 GB. But the person said that there is no scheme for Rs. 1545 and that maybe I did not have a 15GB limit. But at the time of selling they took Rs. 1545 from me and told me I will get 15GB. I dont know what is correct. The person on the phone then said that the senior person will call back and solve my problem But I did not receive a callback. I called up again 4 times. 2 times they said the system is not working. 1 time they said that senior is not available. 1 time they just hung up on me. They never call back and I have to waste my office time to call them.
On 9th June, I had a meeting and I needed internet and when I went to my clients place I saw internet was not working. Because of that my meeting did not take place and I lost the assignment. Who is responsible for that? I lost a lot of money. They are wasting my validity period of 3 months like this and then the time will expire and they will say the validity is no more.
I dont know what the company is thinking. There is no response from their side and I keep on calling all the time and I waste my office hours. A same thing happened to a friend. She took the same scheme. Her number is 9143728472. Her usage is only 925 MB. Her dongle is also not working.
I have a TATA photon and a RELIANCE netconnect in my office and we have never had a problem from their side. I am thinking why I have purchased MTS. The company is not responding to my calls, they are not calling back and they are not solving our problems.
Right now, I am facing a lot of business loss because my internet is not working. I have borrow TATA Photon from my colleague for 2 hours everyday, but that is not enough. I am losing out on a lot of business and the company is not responding.
I want the company to compensate me for the harassment that they have caused me.
