Do not Purchase MTS MBLAZE

I recently took MTS Mblaze connection from Blore on 04.12. My account is not activated until 10.12 while the sales agent told it wil be active with in 1 hour. I called up customtakeouter care on 06.12 to checkif it is active, they confirmed it is but I was not able to use it. When I call the customtakeoutercare, they dont have any record of my MDN number and the sales distributor has not submitted any of my details which the distributor denies.


Finally when it is active , I am hardly getting 100 kbps any time in dny. It’s so horrible, on calling customtakeouter care , they wasted 30 minutes without any resolution and even did not take any complaint telling that some technical engineer will contact. No one contacted till date. Finally I started mailing customtakeouter care couple of times, then to Nodal officer Bangalore.


At least 6 mails I sent with absolute no response from them. I sent a strong mail copied to ceo@mtsindia.in then someone in MTS woke up from sleep and called me. Some technical engineer came to my place, I really doubt if he is aware of any networking aspects, he again wasted 30 minutes and simply went back telling he  will appraise his manager. I dont  get what they are doing .


It has become a habit for some foreign company coming to India with help some corrupted politicians & gallop public money. and MTS is the No1 company among them.
