MTS service is vvvvvvvvery vvvvvvvvvvveryPooooooor

My name is Nagaraj, after couple of month I wanted to use my MTS datacard so I recharged on 18th Oct 2015, I was able to recharge. After recharging, internet stopped working, looks like internet only worked for recharging(my number - 8459543090), I reported this problem on sunday(on the same day), till now the problem is not fixed.


People are just calling for time slot to fix the issue but never comes. Only I have to wait, they call on there sweet time and ask "shall I come to your res now" during office timings. They can only work for there convenience not for customers. I am still waiting for the person, this is the 4th time they have called, beacuse I have called there call center multiple time. Guys if your looking for datacard service please dont consider MTS as an option, because they are not professional ISP(internet service provider). If anyone from DoT is reading this review please take action against MTS.


I can’t rate service and support beacuse this service level cannot be rated as poooooor, this should be 2 times lesser than poooooor.
