This is ridiculous .
I have called 3 time today and borne endless hold to change/ disconnect the MTS plan
My MTS No is: 8459245139
After the 3rd call the associate tells me, he cannot cancel the plan and I have to redial from my registered number. are you kidding me!
The plan as such is useless. speed is slow as an ant and I have not been using the service. the least you can do is give me a seamless experience while disconnecting the service and stop fleecing me of the money.
But no, there also I have to go through endless hassle and calls
MTS is very prompt in sending reminder sms’s on payment due, why not be prompt in other services .Totally disgusted and disgruntled
What do I need to do to disconnect the plan? . bow down and apologize for taking it at the 1st place or what?/
