Fraud company and worst service

CARD NOT WORKING STILL I HAVE RECEIVED A COURT NOTICE FOR NON PAYMENT OF THE BILL: BELOW IS THE STORY: I bought a card 1 year back, the card has no signal and not working from day 1 I bought it, I have informed the agent who sold me the card about the same, they told that they would be rectifying the issue by informing this to MTS service.


Nothing happened, my card is lying idle. They are still sending me the bill every month and calling from collections department for the payment. Every day I used to receive more than 5 calls, I have been telling them about the issue, they were keep on telling me that they will log a record..but not at all happened.


After some days I received a call from some collection agency saying they have filed a case in court for non payment of the bill, still I am receiving calls from someone asking to pay my bill or meet the advocate..they are threatening me saying they will hand it over to some local collection agencies..


This has been irritating my personnel life..I don’t know how to overcome this..I have sent a mail to the area manager but there has been no reply from him.
