I have tried 4 different service providers to date and I have to say this is simply the worst!
To start with I was promised "immediate activation" but was only activated after 1.5 days and about 5 calls.
Paid Customer Service line, and staff are so stupid they just keep parroting the same excuse to you with no idea of how to actually resolve any problems. Horrid, especially when I am paying for the call, to speak to people like this!!
Line disconnected thrice for 1 day each in 2.5 months - I work from home and lost 2 great contracts due to this horrid, unreliable internet service - reason address verification, same reason twice! I even work from home, so I don’t know what reason this is!!
Hidden charges, if you sign up in the middle of the month, you end up paying for the whole month but they never tell you this, you only know when you are disconnected and have to call back.
Speed- what speed - rather say mode of operation - slow as hell. Never got beyond a few Kbps - max 155 and that was on one single good day!
To summarize: I paid for 90 days, got 74 days of browsing at snails pace!
How the heck are these people claiming to be No. 1 in Karnataka??
