MTS Mblaze has the worst technical support team. even though they seem to have all the iinfrastructure but when it comes to their support team they suck big time.
eg: I have raised a complaint, even before it gets solved they raise another one when I ask them about the previous one, this loop continuous. so they just cannot solve your problem.
right now I have three different complaint numbers against the same problem, the fourth guy also asked me to wait to wait so that he too can raise another complaint. hehe. they know to register complaint that is for sure.
also if you dont get their services for like a month there is no compensation, also they cannot fix the responsibility, they know nothing about what is going on.
they keep on asking the same question again and again and again.and saying "sorry for the inconvenience" I hope this message reaches them and their technical head can recruit persons who are not doing sabotage or something to the company.
sorry I have to give one star. otherwise the review wont get published. so sad. there must have been 0 starts option as well.
