MTS, I don’t know the full form or I am not interested in knowing it’s full form, but I have never seen a mobile operator as cheap as this one.From network to service everything was just completely waste for me. I bought this connection and ported to other operator in just one month due to its bad network and bad service.
Activation;
The activation of MTS itself takes at least 7 long days to fully activate the services.I think this is the longest time every taken by any mobile operator.
Network:
The network coverage is never full and even it is full the call quality is worst.I will tell you about the call quality in detail later.The main reason why I ported to different operator beacause there was no network coverage in my home and ti make call I had to come out of my house.This happened beacause there were not enough towers of the company in the area.
Call Quality:
The call quality was never worth appreciating for the time which I have used this connection.Even after having the full range the call quality was very poor, When I reported the complaint about this the customer service was speechless and had to say nothing other than "we are sorry we are trying our level best to sort out the issue".
Charges and Billing:
Here comes the main part, the bills and charges.The call charges as compared to other operators was little low. But what I say is that if you are not able to provide the services properly then keeping low prices will also not help to retain customers for a longer period of time.
For one time when it was newly launched in India it was a very good operator and was offering nice services at lower prices but it went down as the time passed and currently they are left with very few customer. So this should not be your choice if you are looking for a new mobile operator connection.
