MTS Rajasthan number I have on mobile .Its a CDMA number .But here I like to alert consumers from taking this connection as regularly they deducted my talk time as they possibly fool all customers .
I get one benefit that I should mention prior to that to be truthful .After recharge of Rs.50 or 100 suddenly they give 7 day free benefit of local calls but the theft is that they used to call me 20 times a DAT approx.All are recorded voice .usually I used to cut the call.one day I received and after listening for a few secs I cut it.The next day I observed Rs.30 was deducted from my balance .
I called at customer care and representative told me I had chosen some value added service and 24 hrs were gone so refunding balance was impossible .Everyday I got calls and it continued .One day again talk time was deducted and from customer care it said before 15 hrs I had activated some service and it was bhajan songs.I said never had I activated anything since it was. Within 23 he’s according to them they deactivated it and assured me nothing would happen.The next day again talk time was deducted and told me again I activated something .I shouted .They activated DND immediately .so please don’t take MTS.They are grand dacoit .
