MTS provider the poorest service They are not bothered about the exiting customers My device stopped working on 25 the sept I kept on calling the customer care after 2 days they crated ticet for me and for next 2 months they had crated around 7 tickets just to not to breack therir SLA
Nor proper responce from the executive every time I call used to get onlly one reply that back and team will call me in another half an hour but no one called.
Even after paying the bills regularly I had been given such a wrost service I had to ask them to disconect it after 2 month but no one bothered about it.
