MTS India - Horrible customer service


I purchased a MTS MBlaze Premium for Rs.2000/-. The dealer promised me 1 month free usage. After 2 weeks of usage the device stopped working. I visited the dealer and he promised me he would look into the matter and get back to me.


Ever since he started avoiding my calls.


After contacting customer service I was informed that the device had been activated for 2 weeks prior to my purchase.


I was promised a resolution within 10 working hours. No resolution. They promised to call back within 10 hours. Again no call back. Now it is day 6 and still no resolution.


They absolutely refuse to commit to a time frame saying "These things take time, we need to check" After the call to their customer service exceeded 20 minutes, the floor manager started repeating "I am unable to hear you,


I am unable to hear you. I will disconnect the call if I do not hear any response from your side. " There was perfect reception and he just hung up on me.


I am absolutely disappointed with the way they treat customers and I would strongly discourage you from purchasing an


MTS connection.
